Harmonie Golf & Beach Estate est un projet PDS (Property Development Scheme) de 220 villas de luxe aménagées sur 150 hectares autour d’un parcours de golf 18 trous. Certifié par l’Economic Development Board, l’objectif de sa phase de précommercialisation lancée début 2022 est d’atteindre le nombre minimum de signatures de Contrats de Réservation Préliminaire (CRP) requis pour démarrer les travaux en un an. La construction de cette phase devrait ainsi débuter en 2023 pour être achevée sous trois ans.

Harmonie Golf & Beach Estate is marketed under the Property Development Scheme in order to give the opportunity to foreigners wishing to settle in Mauritius or to invest there, to acquire a villa through which they will be able to apply for a Mauritian residence permit. The advantages for the holders of this permit are numerous: fixed tax rate of 15% (on income, companies and VAT), free repatriation of profits, no taxation on interest and dividends at source, no taxation on capital gains.
